At Rumjungle, guests pass though a wall of fire and then a cooling waterfall to dine on exotic Caribbean, Brazilian and Cuban food including entrées prepared in the Rodizio-style fire pit. Celebrity chefs have a strong presence at Mandalay, including the Hubert Keller helmed fine French restaurant, Fleur de Lys, and Charlie Palmers renowned modern-American restaurant, Aureole. Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger of the Food Networks “Too Hot Tamales” fame serve spicy Mexican fare on sunny patios at the Border Grill, and Wolfgang Puck makes his first foray into Italian cuisine at Trattoria Del Lupo.

Entertainment and activities are the essence of a Las Vegas vacation at Mandalay Bay. The massive aquatic complex has several pools, Jacuzzis and a lazy river, all surrounded by cabanas and day beds.
