Sin City Salseros in association with David Nieto presented 5th Annual Las Vegas Salsa Congress to take place from July 4th through July 5th, 2008 at the Tropicana Hotel.

The event brought a lot of talented dancers and salsa enthusiasts from across the world. This congress is an official qualifier round for the World Salsa Championship in December, 2008.
